Over the years I have learned the best way to heal is to heal using intentions, Once you are congruent with the belief you are healing/healed you actually heal, I have personally assisted a scientist in healing back pain.. during a session we found that she was carrying grief over the loss of her mother and the emotional pain eventually caused physical pain in her lower back.. Once emotional pain was removed the physical pain was gone.. She came in bent over in pain and left standing straight smiling..
